Michael Evans

Dr Michael Evans was born in 1948 in Penarth, Wales, United Kingdom. He was a co-founder of Park Attwood Clinic and is now a National Health Service General Practitioner based at St Luke’s Medical Centre, an anthroposophic medical and therapy centre in Stroud, England, United Kingdom.

He has undertaken national retrospective and international prospective research projects into outcomes of anthroposophic medical prescribing. He was part of the “Cardiodoron” research group in the United Kingdom, doing fundamental research on the rationale and methods of preparing key anthroposophic medicinal products. He is co-author of an introductory book on anthroposophic medicine in English, translated into Japanese, Italian and Spanish.

He co-ordinates and facilitates the British Postgraduate Training in Anthroposophic Medicine. He also teaches in India and co-ordinates the International Postgraduate Anthroposophic Medical Training, in the Philippines. He has a particular interest in research and experiential approaches to adult learning.
